Difference in the verb ‘to record’

은희 (고마워! 많이 고쳐서):
답답하다 = (lots of things, but the one I learned) you can say it in a situation when, for example, others laugh and you don’t know what they are laughing about.
녹화하다 = to record (a video) (녹음 is to record voice, I accidentally used it when I explained to someone about the video I recorded. Just remember 음 = voice 한자)

KoreanClass101.com:
보고하다 = to report (like to your boss)
보도하다 = to report (news, articles, weather, etc.)
도박하다 = to gamble (my memory technique, is ‘도! Give me my money 박!’ Yeah, sometimes I really stretch it…)

돌려차기 (Spin Kick, K-Movie, review will be coming later):
결승전 = final round (in 대권도)

  1. To me 답답하다 means to feel stuffiness and/or feel sort of cramped or put upon like if someone is getting on your case or if you are in a situation where the conversation has stopped because there is nowhere else to go with the thoughts – so you say , 아이구 답답해 and then you change the subject or you walk away. LOL – it is so much fun speaking Korean i think…
