Admiration from afar
I’m watching High Kick right now, a REALLY great sitcom (really the only sitcom I’ve seen from Korea). Anyways, here’s another scene I thought I’d share with y’all. Remember this the next time you think of putting your head out the window:
Just a reminder, High Kick 2 is coming out soon. If you can get TV from Korea, I’d suggest looking into that. If the second High Kick is anything like the first, it’ll be well worth every minute.

Hmm I can see how it may be funny to a Korean but I don’t think it would connect with a non-East Asian audience. omg. I h8 plastic surgery.
Hi there.
I just stumbled onto this blog and thought that I could tell you of another Korean sitcom that used to be on TV, called Hello Franceska (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0460364/).
I’ve been an ESL teacher in Korea for over three years and watched a fair amount of Korean television and I’ve seen only a small handful of Korean sitcoms – the Korean public seems to prefer slapstick humour. This being the ‘best’ that I’ve come across so far. If you check youtube then you will see there are some episodes online.
Thanks, I’ll check that out
