VANK announces K-Blog winners!
VANK announced the winners of the Korean blogging contest over here. I really would have liked them to list the blogs by what blog it actually is so I could go check out what blogs deserved to be in the top 20. I really didn’t expect much, my blog goes all over the place and doesn’t really focus on any certain topic. Nevertheless, I’m happy that out of 103 blogs, I was in the top 100 and will be receiving an Mp3 player 
There were some great blogs that I really thought should have been in the top 20 which weren’t, but maybe it’s just because their focus isn’t VANK-related. Anyways, thanks for reading my blog and congratulations to all the other K-bloggers out there (SUGARCHIC, foreign/er, Chris in South Korea, Kiss My Kimchi, Brian in Jeollanam-do, Maangchi, Roboseyo, Seoul Eats, Seoulbeats, ROK Drop, Ask the Expat, and Koreality are the ones I could find from the list)!
I’ll find out in two months whether I’ll be going to SNU or not, so hold tight! I’m not home-free yet …

Being recognized for your efforts – whether blogging, dancing, or anything else – is nice, even if the organization is suspect.
Yes, VANK may be the Korean equivalent to America’s ACORN, but I think Matt’s blog is still award-worthy.
