The thing I'm sure about is that the buddies are sort of "handed out" in a sense, so there are fewer buddies than internationals and you have to share them. Apparently they all kind of drifted apart pretty fast. I know I'll be getting tutors when I'm there, but I wonder if I'll get buddies?... I suspect its the same in any program.
