    Hi Matt,
    I am Korean American living in Atlanta, GA. I will be taking my family to PR on July, 2011. Can you recommend few nice area or places to stay?
    I am interested in vacation house for less than $1,000 / week. One of my friends told me to stay in Old San Juan. What do you think?

      It all matters what you want. Old San Juan is a very nice place and is definitely the spot to be in while you’re at San Juan. There is some crime there so location might be important (the worst crime takes place near the north side). Definitely don’t even consider anything on the North edge.

      As far as places-to-go, all of the locations for my pictures were very enjoyable. I bought a lonely planet guide to Puerto Rico which helped me decide where to go.
